Flightpath focuses on the direction of a business to ensure that everyone and everything is moving in one direction. It focuses on the real issues that matter in driving revenue and profitability.
Through Flightpath, we develop a business plan that is simple, specific, realistic, and complete with goals. The goals will be few in number, achievable, and celebrated when completed. The plan will have the major and micro-steps of each goal along with the resources required.
Flightpath is a group coaching program delivered over 6 weeks.
